About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled iOS & Android App Development Team Lead to guide our mobile development team and drive the creation of high-quality applications. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in both iOS and Android ecosystems, along with proven leadership experience managing developers, setting direction, and delivering successful mobile products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of iOS and Android developers.
• Oversee mobile app development from concept to deployment, ensuring high performance and code quality.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.
• Establish best practices, coding standards, and development workflows.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across mobile platforms.
• Stay current with emerging mobile technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional mobile app development experience (iOS and/or Android).
• Strong proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, and/or Java.
• Prior experience leading or managing a development team.
• Deep understanding of mobile architecture, RESTful APIs, mobile UI/UX principles, and app store guidelines.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and modern development tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative environment.
