Provide post-migration technical support and incident resolution for users.

  • Manage complex issues by engaging with Cisco Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) and other Vendors.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Cisco IP Telephony, serving as the Internal Escala-tion point for Client Voice L3 operations.
  • Lead the rebalancing of existing multiple clusters, including all co-ordination and communi-cation
  • Implement mobile and Remote Access (MRA) backend deployment and provide technical support for the enablement of next gen remote hard phones.
  • Provide technical support for the cluster upgrade of CUCM and UCCX to version 15.x
  • Deploy and maintain Cisco Voice Gateways (focused on VG400/VG420) and Support Cisco Expressway refresh project.
  • Provide technical support for the early deployment of Webex calling solution
  • Provide technical escalation support for the early adopters and rollout of Jabber Mobile.

Job Description

  • Technical Expertise: Serve as a Primary technical Subject Matter Expert for Cisco IP te-lephony, providing advanced support and guidance to the Client Voice operations Team.
  • Deployment and Support: Provide technical support for cluster upgrade of CUCM and UCCX to version 15.x
  • Post-Migration Support” Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported incidents following system migrations to ensure seamless service continuity.
  • Vendor Management: Handle complex technical Problems by escalation issues and col-laborating with Cisco technical Assistance Centre (TAC)
  • Cisco CUCM cluster Management: Execute and co-ordinate cluster rebalancing activi-ties across multiple Clusters, ensuring all communication with stakeholders is man-aged effectively.
  • Mobile and Remote Access (MRA): Lead the backend deployment of MRA phones, manage the early adopter rollout and oversee the migration of related services.

Exp Required: Experience: 8+ years of experience in Cisco IP Telephony, UCCX deployment and maintenance support.

Generic Managerial Skill: Co-ordination with various stakeholders is required. On time report preparation/submission. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education: Bachelor's degree
