Delivery Practice Leader – Data & Analytics (ASEAN)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Practice Leader to lead a Data & Analytics delivery practice across the ASEAN region. In this role, you will manage a team of consultants and engagement leaders, supporting large-scale transformation programs and delivering high-impact technology solutions for enterprise customers. You will act as a strategic advisor, helping clients define desired business outcomes and execute successful delivery programs.

You will oversee engagement scoping, proposal development, and delivery execution while ensuring strong customer satisfaction. This role requires a balance of people leadership, business acumen, delivery excellence, and technical depth in data and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, grow, and mentor a high-performing team of Delivery Consultants and/or Client Success Managers.
• Guide customers in shaping and executing data and analytics strategies and transformation initiatives.
• Oversee delivery quality, timelines, budgets, and practice-level performance metrics.
• Drive business development, including opportunity qualification, solutioning, and proposal/SOW creation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as account teams, architects, and partner organizations.
• Manage practice-level financials and resource planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including Director and C-level executives.

Basic Qualifications

• Extensive experience in IT and/or management consulting, including at least 3 years in a people-leadership role.
• Experience leading technology transformation programs within the ASEAN region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 15+ years solving complex business, product, and technical challenges, with 5+ years managing service-delivery teams.
• 10+ years leading the design, development, and deployment of large-scale data and analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions across multiple industries.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and agile/iterative delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree or professional certifications in cloud, architecture, or related domains.
• Proven project and resource management skills.
• Strong financial management experience including P&L accountability.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and lead organizational change.
• Sales and negotiation skills related to opportunity development and proposal creation.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities, with proven ability to engage at C-suite level.
