Engineering Project Manager (Relocation Required)

Job Descriptions:

• Oversees overall schedule for a part/process/program NPI development builds from prototypes to mass production
• Establish expectations and deliverables
• Define concise goals and objectives within project framework
• Initiate meetings and agendas to fulfil goals and objectives
• Communicate between product designer and internal product development team design concepts, technical trade-offs, and engineering solutions.
• Communicate between customer and internal process engineering team in establishing stable and repeatable process through design of experiments.
• Communication between customer and internal quality team for SIP, IQC, IPQC, OQC implementation.
• Lead cross functional groups in managing resource to fulfil customer's projected demand including new equipment purchase, new human resource hiring, tooling and fixtures, shop floor management
• Liaise with strategic suppliers in managing quality, supply and cost
• Manage cost and expenses of the program
• Arrange for reviews or meetings to surface issues and derive optimal robust solutions that satisfy customer's product and quality need.
  
  Job Requirements:
• Education:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, or related discipline).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project or program management, preferably within manufacturing, precision engineering, or semiconductor industries
• Proven track record in managing New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from prototype to mass production.
• Background in process development, production ramp-up, and cross-functional collaboration is a plus.
