We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Developer Relations to join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our developer community and our tech team, helping to enhance our products based on developer feedback and driving engagement with our tools and technologies. Proficiency in both Chinese and English is crucial as you will engage with a diverse community of developers across different regions.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain relationships with developer communities and stakeholders.
• Work closely with both ecosystem team and technical team to source, evaluate and onboard solution providers for infrastructure.
• Contribute to partner githubs and ensure Morph details are updated in key developer-facing dashboards eg. L2beat.
• Collaborate with the technical team and create technical content, including tutorials, blogs, and webinars in both Chinese and English.
• Serve as a technical resource for developers, providing support and guidance on product usage.
• Gather feedback from developers and relay insights to product teams to inform product development.
• Organize and participate in community events, hackathons, and meetups.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for developer outreach and engagement.
• Monitor trends in the developer community and provide recommendations for improvement.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, or a similar role.
• Proficient in both Chinese and English (written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of blockchain technologies and ecosystem infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with community engagement and building developer programs is a plus.
• Passion for technology and a desire to connect with developers.
