We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Scientist to be instrumental in applying AI and ML techniques to shape the future of our platforms and beyond.
As a Machine Learning Scientist, you will work alongside world-class engineers and product teams to drive the development of sophisticated algorithms. These models will power key platform features such as personalization, recommendations, search, and real-time decision-making, significantly enhancing the user experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Model Design & Development: Design and develop advanced machine learning models to improve the platform's user experience, enhance predictive capabilities, and drive smarter, more personalized user interactions
- Data & Insights: Help build scalable data pipelines and leverage vast, large datasets to generate actionable insights that directly inform strategic product development
- Infrastructure Optimization: Assist in developing and optimizing our machine learning infrastructure, ensuring systems are scalable, efficient, and robust for production-level data processing and model deployment
- Production Integration: Work closely with product teams to seamlessly integrate ML models into the platform, ensuring optimal performance and real-time data processing capabilities
- Monitoring & Iteration: Monitor, optimize, and iterate on deployed models in a live environment, ensuring effective long-term performance and adaptability to evolving user needs
- Collaboration: Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to tackle unique challenges, particularly those related to large-scale, decentralized data processing
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of machine learning research, continuously introducing new insights and state-of-the-art techniques to the team
- Experience: An experienced Machine Learning Scientist with a strong foundational knowledge in algorithms, data structures, and statistical modeling
- Programming: Proficient in Python
- Production Deployment: Hands-on experience deploying ML models into a production environment is highly desirable
- Infrastructure: Experience in maintaining ML infrastructure, including model deployment pipelines, model monitoring, and scaling systems for large datasets, is a significant plus
- Startup Mindset: Familiarity with working in a high-performance, fast-paced environment, ideally within high-growth startups or rapidly scaling technology companies
- Domain Interest: Passionate about leveraging ML to create real-world impact, with a keen interest in blockchain, crypto, and SocialFi technologies
- Problem-Solving: A proactive problem-solver who thrives on tackling complex, ambiguous challenges and is willing to dive into new technologies quickly
- Communication: Highly collaborative, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders
