Location: Southlake / Dallas, TX (Onsite – 3 Days/Week)

Job Type: Full-Time (FTE)

Mandatory Skills: JQL, Jira Automation, Dashboards, Data Plane Reports

Role Overview

As a Scrum Master, you will drive Agile processes, manage end-to-end project delivery, and collaborate across onshore–offshore teams while leveraging Jira, Confluence, and GCP project environments.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of IT experience

• 5+ years of experience in Agile SCRUM project execution using Jira, Confluence, JQL

• 3+ years owning and executing full project lifecycles from inception to production

• 3+ years creating project plans and release plans from scratch

• 5+ years working in a global onshore–offshore delivery model

• 1+ year managing GCP-based projects

• Must be tech savvy with the ability to learn new tools as needed

• Must be hands-on with a strong learning mindset (certifications, skills, etc.)

• Must have a technical mindset to understand solution architecture and system diagrams

• Ability to prepare clear daily and weekly status reports

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

• Must be willing to work onsite in Southlake, TX
