Scope Of Work
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to conduct on-site EV charging equipment testing with property site hosts.
- Track the progress and outcomes of EV charging equipment testing and provide progress reports to the MSDI Program Manager.
- Proactively work with the MSDI Program Manager to facilitate hardware and software charger fixes as needed
- Oversee the implementation and monitoring of EV charging grant programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines
- Once external funding applications are approved, monitor their progress and resolve issues as they arise – this includes providing status updates on external funding milestones and deliverables
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 or more years of project coordinator experience or similar experience
- 2-4 years of experience managing grant applications/funding
- BS/BA Degree, or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with construction projects
- Experience working with an investor-owned utility
- High level of organization
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to communicate complex processes to other
