Scope Of Work

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to conduct on-site EV charging equipment testing with property site hosts.
  • Track the progress and outcomes of EV charging equipment testing and provide progress reports to the MSDI Program Manager.
  • Proactively work with the MSDI Program Manager to facilitate hardware and software charger fixes as needed
  • Oversee the implementation and monitoring of EV charging grant programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines
  • Once external funding applications are approved, monitor their progress and resolve issues as they arise – this includes providing status updates on external funding milestones and deliverables

Note: this is considered a “desk job” and will not require any on-site activities

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of project coordinator experience or similar experience
  • 2-4 years of experience managing grant applications/funding
  • BS/BA Degree, or equivalent work experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with construction projects
  • Experience working with an investor-owned utility
  • High level of organization
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to communicate complex processes to other
