- Maintain and manage network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance and ensure high availability
- Troubleshoot and resolve outages quickly
- Provide technical support to users facing network-related issues
- Manage network configurations, documentation, and backups
- Implement security controls, updates, and best practices
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements or link-related concerns
- Strong understanding of routing and switching concepts
- Hands-on experience with Cisco or similar network platforms
- Good knowledge of firewalls, VPN technologies, and security principles
- Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
