Enterprise Agile Coach (f/m/d)

What you will do:

  • Lead Agile adoption, driving cultural shifts toward collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to Agile teams, Product Owners, and leaders.
  • Facilitate Agile practices, structures, and ceremonies, ensuring effective outcomes.
  • Design and deliver Agile training sessions tailored to organizational needs.
  • Support scaling Agile practices across departments, creating best-practice frameworks.
  • Define and track KPIs aligned with Axpo’s digitalization strategy to measure success.
  • Foster continuous learning and establish Communities of Practice to drive adoption.


What you bring & who you are:

  • Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer, or similar role.
  • Expertise in Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and tools like Atlassian Jira.
  • Skilled in designing and delivering training, with certifications (e.g., SPC, PST) a plus.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and metrics to support Agile workflows.
  • Strong coaching, facilitation, and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; German is an advantage.
