Hello! We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tier 1 Technical Support Engineer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves helping customers, enjoys problem-solving, and feels confident working with basic web technologies. You’ll be the first line of support, ensuring customers receive timely and accurate assistance while creating a positive experience in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- During the 3-month probation period, work on a regular full-time daytime schedule (10:00–18:00, Monday to Friday) to ensure smooth onboarding and training;
- After probation, provide timely, accurate, and exceptional customer support during evening/night shifts (working hours 16:00–22.00 or 22.00–03.00 Kyiv time);
- Triage incoming issues to prioritize and route them appropriately;
- Verify and complete issue details, requesting additional information if necessary;
- Respond promptly and professionally to customers via all communication channels (In-App Messenger, forums, social media);
- Provide solutions using documentation and AI tools to resolve common issues efficiently;
- Escalate complex cases to higher-level teams when required.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer support or help desk role (technical support experience preferred);
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher;
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal);
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide clear solutions to customers;
- Familiarity with basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) and comfort using browser developer tools;
- Comfortable working with APIs, documentation and knowledge base resources;
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
