Job Title - Software Developer - PHP Laravel

Work Hours: 5:00 PM–2:00 AM IST (5 days onsite), with Saturday & Sunday as fixed weekly offs

Unbound is recruiting for the role of Software developer working on managing our back-end ser-vices and ensuring a seamless interchange of data between the server and our users. As a Software de-veloper, you will be responsible for developing and coding all server-side logic. You will be working with a development team, coordinating with all departments at Unbound.

Key Responsibilities:

· You must be able to develop logical modules within pre-existing platforms

· You can contribute independent modules to be used by other software developers

· Prepare technical documentation and presentations for the team and customer stakeholders alike.

· Build and release to the production stack every week

· Work with the team lead to ensure that patterns for scalability, maintainability, and performance are developed.

· Follow the process for software development, testing, and deployment.

· Ensure that assigned user stories (requirements) have sufficient detail to be implemented properly.

· Ensure that you have a sufficient understanding of user stories to provide reliable estimates.

· Work with the project manager as needed to build requirements and understand software fea-tures.

· Perform peer code reviews to ensure that code standards and proper architectural patterns are followed.

· Attend daily meetings and status meetings with the team.

· Make suggestions regarding improvements to the software.

· Be an expert in the technology stack of the software project.

· You should have a thorough knowledge of PHP and/or JavaScript, Node.Js, React.js, including experience in building custom solutions.

· You should have the ability to solve complex problems with simple solutions

Requirements

· Proven experience with PHP / Laravel, Node.js, JavaScript, React.js, jQuery, and Postgresql.

· Must have 3+ years of strong backend development language experience: Node.js

· Good core knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap framework.

· Experience in JavaScript Frameworks (jQuery, React.js, Vue.js) will be an added advantage.

· Experience in unit testing using testing frameworks.

· Experience developing enterprise applications.

· Experience with Mysql, Mongodb, RDBMS database development, database designing, and query optimisation techniques is required.

· Solid understanding of AWS ecosystem deployment and related services.
