About This Role
We are seeking a Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery teams within the Data & Analytics function. The individual will be responsible for facilitating Agile/Scrum practices, ensuring sprint velocity, and enabling team self-organisation. This role involves stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and fostering a transparent and collaborative environment. The candidate will also support business analysis processes and remove delivery impediments.
What you will do
- Guide teams and the organisation in Agile/Scrum practices and values.
- Maintain sprint velocity and team utilisation.
- Facilitate self-organisation and remove delivery impediments.
- Create a safe and trusting environment for open communication and problem-solving.
- Support internal and external communication to improve transparency.
- Facilitate meetings, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and delivery commitments.
- Drive process improvements and proactively highlight risks.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in BI projects and international teams.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies including Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, XP, and others.
- Experienced in using JIRA and Confluence.
- Skilled in servant leadership, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Knowledgeable in BI architecture and data analysis techniques.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- SAFe certification is a plus.
