Position Summary

The Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, generate actionable insights, and support decision-making using data-driven methodologies.

This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience and strong technical proficiency in data analysis tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify business trends and opportunities.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators for various business units.
• Prepare and present findings in a clear and actionable manner for business stakeholders.
• Support requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling for new initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Marketing, Operations, Finance, etc.) to deliver on business objectives.
• Participate in data quality improvement efforts and suggest process enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on skills in SQL for querying databases, Python for data manipulation or automation, and advanced Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas).
• Experience in building dashboards and data visualizations in Power BI for business reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with process modeling or BPM tools is a plus.
• Exposure to other BI tools (like Tableau) or reporting platforms is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or project management tools.
