As a Product Designer, you will be a core member of the product team, while collaborating closely with marketing, tech, and other key stakeholders. We are looking for someone with strong expertise in building digital products end-to-end. This role demands ability to quickly understand context, frame problems effectively, and design solutions that drive impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design initiatives from discovery to delivery, shaping user experiences through research, prototyping, testing, and high-quality UI design;
• Collaborate closely with PMs, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, communicating ideas clearly and aligning design vision with business goals;
• Take ownership of complex problems, ensuring solutions are grounded in both user needs and business context;
• Hit the ground running, bringing both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to the table.

Experience And Qualifications Required

• Solid portfolio showcasing advanced experience in UX methodologies (research, prototyping, testing) and UI design;
• Proven track record leading projects from scratch to successful delivery;
• Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese, including the ability to “speak business” and influence decision-making;
• Strong problem-framing skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence;
• Ability to design and run experimentations, using data and insights to validate ideas and continuously improve user experiences.

Nice-to-have

• Background in iGaming, payments, or registration-related projects;
• Experience in startups or fast-paced environments;
• Familiarity with Design Systems;
• Exposure to or interest in AI-related skills and tools.
