About the role:

Join an independent game studio making fun and exciting casino games for land-based, online, mobile, and social platforms. With hundreds of popular titles, they focus on great gameplay, memorable design, and reaching players all over the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse player behaviour and game-economy performance
• Track engagement, retention, and spending to spot trends and opportunities.
• Build and automate churn, CLV, and recommendation models to guide decisions.
• Influence game-economy decisions by evaluate rewards and game mechanics to improve player experience.
• Share clear, actionable recommendations with the CEO and senior team.

What We’re Looking For:

• MSc or PhD Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields.
• Strong coding skills in Python and SQL
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
