The Product Analyst works closely with stakeholders to improve their processes and systems, influence product decisions and support the delivery of new features, enhancements, and initiatives. This role governs service partners to ensure product features are delivered to commitments, meets business requirements and service levels. The Product Analyst has a customer-centric mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and innovation.
You’ll Have
- 3+ years’ experience (will vary per domain) in the areas of Business or Systems Analysis, Product or related disciplines
- Proven track record of operating in Technology delivery environments from concept to BAU
- Basic to Expert (varies by desired level) understanding and use of modern delivery frameworks and their methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, lean, design thinking, human-centred design, multivariate testing, continuous improvement, test automation and others
- Proven ability to apply analytical and critical thinking skills to solve, and lead the solving of, strategic problems
- Prior experience with, and strong comfort using, collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence to document and manage stories and other documentation
- Experience (varies by desired level) in working with data sets to deduce accurate insights
- Demonstrated ability to partner, coach, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders across multiple levels
- Project management experience
- Experience in ongoing product lifecycle management
- Demonstrated technical expertise, utilising a depth and breadth of knowledge and
- practical experience within a specific technical area. Stays up to date with regulatory
