Requirements
- Proven experience in application and web development, ideally with exposure to industrial automation or manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of PLC, HMI, SCADA, and VFD systems integration with web and mobile applications
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to engineering teams
- Experience mentoring or training others in a technical capacity
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, Python, .NET, React, Angular)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and remote collaboration tools
- Availability for a short-term, remote engagement (up to one week)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
