Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Recruiter and HR assistant to support our hiring process. This role will be essential in finding, contacting, and scheduling candidates for interviews. The Recruiter and HR assistant will use various platforms and channels to reach out to prospective employees, manage interview schedules, and maintain a steady pipeline of potential hires.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and contact potential candidates through multiple platforms (e.g., craiglists, Indeed, social media, local newspapers).
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring alignment with availability.
• Manage candidate communication, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with maintaining and updating candidate records.
• Collaborate with the ops team to meet weekly and monthly hiring targets.
• Follow and lead recruitment and onboarding process.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in English. (Required).
• Previous experience in blue collar recruiting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in Start-ups/retail environment.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules efficiently.
• Proficient in using online platforms and social media for recruitment.
• Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with payroll (Preferred).
