Location:
- LATAM (Brazil and Argentina focus)
- Europe
- Strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM).
- Proven hands-on experience with SPIFF, including configuration, deployment, and client support.
- SPIFF University Level 1 and Level 2 certifications (or equivalent expertise).
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP ecosystems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a consultative role, engaging with clients and internal teams to drive successful project outcomes
- Serve as a consultant on SPIFF projects, guiding clients through the entire implementation process.
- Conduct discovery sessions to assess business needs, gather requirements, and align solutions with client expectations.
- Develop and document Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) to ensure clarity and alignment on project deliverables.
- Design and configure SPIFF logic to ensure it meets both business objectives and technical specifications.
- Provide client support during User Acceptance Testing (UATs), addressing any issues that arise and ensuring a smooth implementation.
- Offer support post-implementation, assisting clients with troubleshooting and optimization.
