If you’re a forecaster and forward-thinker, you can make a huge impact, creating sales strategies across all markets. But, here, your innovation will do more than just improving sales. You’re not persuading someone to savings account or try a new drink brand.
Your ‘day to day’
- Collaborate closely with business partners to translate commercial and strategic questions into analytical approaches and recommendations.
- Wrangle and integrate data from multiple sources including finance reports, consumer surveys, and retail audit data.
- Conduct desk research on macroeconomic trends and competitive intelligence and link findings to business performance.
- Develop and deliver actionable insights across domestic and regional markets to support Field Sales Force, Trade Marketing, Key Accounts, and Marketing teams.
- Analyze commercial performance data (volume, mix, share, distribution) and uncover patterns and root causes to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead monthly performance reviews and presentations for senior management, highlighting opportunities and risks.
- Support the definition and tracking of variable margin objectives and trade action effectiveness.
- Define and communicate clear analytical requirements to Business intelligence and advanced analytics teams, to specify needed data sources, metrics, and visualization formats for impactful presentations.
- University degree or advanced student in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial analytics, preferably within FMCG.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau) and data wrangling techniques is an asset.
- Solid understanding of commercial data, financial reports, and consumer insights.
- Knowledge of retail audit data and its application in performance analysis is a plus.
- Curious and proactive mindset with the ability to quickly learn new categories and adapt to agile, fast-changing business environments.
- Strong communicator with a customer-oriented approach, able to simplify complex analytical findings and deliver clear, actionable insights.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
