Our client is seeking a Senior .NET Consultant to strengthen its development team. The role focuses on enhancing and maintaining internal and client-facing applications, ensuring their reliability and operational continuity. You will translate business needs into technical solutions, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate closely with project and technical managers in a dynamic, multilingual environment.
Responsibilities
Our client is seeking a Senior .NET Consultant to strengthen its development team. The role focuses on enhancing and maintaining internal and client-facing applications, ensuring their reliability and operational continuity. You will translate business needs into technical solutions, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate closely with project and technical managers in a dynamic, multilingual environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client requests and constraints to define technical or technological solutions and estimate workload.
- Adapt, maintain, and improve existing applications in line with the development lifecycle (coding, testing, production).
- Document all technical activities to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.
- Maintain up-to-date technical expertise and awareness of the company context.
- Participate in technical reviews and controls with the project manager and technical manager.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft technologies.
- Mandatory mastery of Classic ASP, VBScript, and SQL Server.
- Good knowledge of Bitbucket.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, IIS, and JIRA.
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks with limited supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
- Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of Azure (Cloud Functions, Power Automate).
- Mastery of Agile methodology.
- Experience with REST APIs, Software Testing, and Swagger.
- Knowledge of Java.
- Familiarity with Design Patterns.
- Skills in AS400 and DB2.
- Experience in on-call contexts (Not specified).
