We’re looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer (minimum 7 years) to join our dynamic and
growing digital team. This is a unique opportunity to bring our mobile and web experience to the next
level, drive consistency across all digital touchpoints, and help elevate the design maturity of our
teams.
About the Role
As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the user experience and visual identity of our products. You’ll collaborate closely with feature teams, developers, and various
stakeholders to deliver high-quality, user-centered designs for both mobile and web platforms.
You’ll play a role to maintain, and scale our Design System, ensuring a consistent and efficient design approach across all digital channels. You’ll be empowered to make design decisions, introduce new tools and processes, and mentor team members as we continue to strengthen our UX practices.
Your Responsibilities
• Design intuitive, engaging, and visually consistent user interfaces for mobile and web
applications.
• Translate complex business requirements into user-friendly digital experiences.
• Collaborate proactively with product owners, business analysts, developers and UX designers
to shape ideas into user-centric solutions.
• Defend the user point of view, challenge stakeholders and decisions accordingly.
• Create detailed design specifications, prototypes for testing, and digital assets for
implementation.
• Ensure all digital deliverables align with design standards and accessibility best practices.
• Work closely with business and IT teams to continuously improve the digital user experience.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies - and share your knowledge with
the team.
• Act to maintain our Design System, make it evolve, and ensure adoption across teams.
Your Profile
• Collaboration is Key, you are not a lonely expert designer on an island, you love to work
with different types of profiles (developers, designers, product owners, business analysts,
stakeholders such as security, compliance, operations…) in an agile environment.
• 7–10 years of experience as a UI or UX/UI Designer, ideally in digital product environments.
• Experience in collaborating with IT developers and understanding the technical
environment and constraints.
• Experience or affinity with banking, fintech, or financial services is an advantage but not a
must.
• Strong experience building and maintaining design systems.
• Proficient in Figma, and familiar with developer handoff tools.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility.
• Knowledge of animation and motion design is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
