As an HR Project Coordinator (Wave Coordinator), you’ll support the delivery of organizational changes within the Job2Job framework. You’ll work closely with the HR Project Manager (Wave Captain), HR colleagues and business teams to help coordinate activities, track progress, and ensure smooth communication throughout the change process.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Support
- Help plan and track project timelines, deliverables, and meetings.
- Support the preparation of employee sessions and communications.
- Attend, record and answer Q&A’s during employee sessions.
- Assist in gathering and organizing input from different teams.
- Monitor project updates and flag any issues or risks to the project lead.
- Ensure documentation is up-to-date and shared with the right people.
- Help coordinate communication between HR, business teams, and legal advisors.
- Support Offboarding team with logistical and operational tasks for employee sessions.
- Support the Business & HRBPs with materials and logistics for change conversations, if requested.
- Ensure messages are clear, inclusive, and adapted to different audiences.
- Help prepare presentations, summaries, and follow-ups.

- Experience in HR, project coordination, or administrative support in a medium to large organization.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Excel and other basic project tools.
- Strong communication skills in English, French, and/or Dutch.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow.
