Risk Specialist

We are looking for a Risk Specialist to help implement our risk management program and ensure the reliability and continuity of our management systems and services.

As a Risk Specialist, you will be part of the quality and risk management team, where you will:

• Map, assess, and document information security risks
• Link risks to IT assets and prepare impact analyses
• Contribute to the development and implementation of risk management processes
• Manage the risk register and collaborate with specialists from other departments
• Ensure compliance with risk management standards (e.g., ISO 27005, E-ITS)
• Participate in audits and coordinate follow-up activities

• Higher education in information technology (completed or in progress)
• Basic understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and software development
• Knowledge of risk management or motivation to learn this field
• Estonian citizenship (required for this position)

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Linux and Windows servers, databases, and network technologies
• Solution-oriented mindset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
