Lead Engineer

Good afternoon,

I have a clint of mine in Finland who have won a number of tenders for new large scale Substation projects. They are looking for an experienced Substation Lead Engineer on a freelance basis to start this new project in 2026.

Required skills:

• HV/Substation knowledge
• Strong Electrical background
• 110kv – 400kv knowledge required
• Switch gear (Gas)
• Finnish speaking beneficial
• Design and coordination + Design material

The role is largely remote however travel on site in Finland can be required on frequent ad-hoc basis.

Language:

English - Required

Finish - Nice to have
