We are looking for a Broadband Product Manager to join our Product Management team in the B2C Products & Offering unit. In this role, you will have ownership of broadband products and ensure that our customers enjoy the best possible experience across all channels. You’ll join a team of B2C Product Managers who are not only talented in their field, but also great colleagues to work with.

What you’ll do:

As Broadband Product Manager, your mission is to ensure our products deliver outstanding customer experience and remain competitive throughout their lifecycle. You will define and maintain the product strategy and roadmap with business stakeholders and development teams, managing the full lifecycle from launch to retirement.

You will drive improvements in customer experience across all touchpoints, monitor product performance, and anticipate technology changes to keep our product portfolio future-proof. Driving development priorities, owning business requirements, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders will be key to your success.

Key focus areas:

  • Product Lifecycle: Managing the entire lifecycle of broadband products – from new launches to phase-outs. This includes understanding related technologies, anticipating changes, monitoring product quality, managing documentation, and driving cost efficiency.
  • Product Development: Creating and maintaining development roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, and owning business requirements for IT and development teams. Acting as Business Owner in product development projects, you’ll manage change across a wide stakeholder network.
  • Customer Experience: Leading the product experience throughout the customer journey across all channels. Using market insights and feedback, you’ll develop and improve customer experience while ensuring product information is clear, accessible, and accurate.

  • Strong knowledge of broadband and WiFi technologies
  • Proven experience in product management and lifecycle ownership
  • Ability to formulate and drive broadband product vision
  • Ability to translate business goals into technical requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English and ability to work across complex stakeholder networks

In addition, we appreciate:

  • Knowledge of process development and cost management
  • Project management skills
