They’re backed by leading venture capitalists, and they already work with major industrial players across Europe, and are now hiring their first Enterprise Sellers to scale.
The Role: As a Founding Enterprise Seller, you focus on winning new enterprise customers and shaping the sales playbook.
You will:
- Build and own your enterprise pipeline
- Run C-level meetings and create strategic account plans
- Close €50–100K ARR land deals, with potential to scale to €250K–€1M+
- Work outbound-first with 50–300 qualified target accounts
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, Sales Lead & ex-Celonis coach
- Travel 30–50% across Europe
Your Profile
- 2+ years SaaS closing experience (mid-market or enterprise)
- Strong record of closing multi-stakeholder, C-level deals
- Hunter mentality: comfortable building a pipeline
- Excellent discovery, value selling & stakeholder mapping
- Fluent German + strong English
- Berlin-based or ready to relocate; office-first during ramp-up
Sales Environment
- Buyer personas: Sustainability leads, Energy Managers, Procurement, CxOs
- Deal size: €50–100K initial; up to €1M+ with expansion
- Deal cycle: 6–9 months
- Quota: ~10 deals/year
- Methodology: consultative, value-based selling
- Support: strong SDR team providing research & ICP accounts
