We are searching for our client, a global IT company, a Junior Network Engineer to join their business in Dresden, Germany.

Key Responsibilities:


1.Desktop Support:

  • Provide on-site technical support for desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals in Chinese and English
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and applications
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolution


2.Network Administration:

  • Debugging networks, managing server routine maintenance
  • Support Network Core, Firewalls, Switches, Routers, VPNs, Wireless Access Points, and other associated network equipment
  • Monitor IT platform and network quality System, platform and network troubleshooting, tracking and detection, and assistance in testing and repairing
  • Maintain all the infrastructure environment, including meeting room, server room, application system, IT platform, etc.
  • Manage and maintain servers, network devices, and storage systems
  • Monitor system performance and implement performance tuning and optimization


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support, with a focus on desktop and network administration
  • Familiar with Linux
  • Chinese and English
  • High level of commitment, initiative and independent work organization
  • Ideally, certifications in the network environment, similar to CCNA.


Technical Skills:


  • Familiar with Linux
  • Capable to manage server routine maintenance
  • Debugging networks
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
  • Good organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks.

  • Feedback acceptance ability: open-minded to accept any feedback and improve
  • Conflict resolution ability: with a good attitude to deal with conflict with client or users
