Our client - an internationally recognised EPCM specialist - is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing Biopharma & Life Sciences division.

The Role


As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of complex, multi-disciplinary projects - ensuring they are planned, designed, procured, constructed and commissioned safely, efficiently and in line with agreed quality and performance metrics.


You will working closely with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies. Within a matrix organisation, you’ll draw on specialist expertise across engineering, construction and commissioning to deliver world-class facilities. This is a key role with significant impact, offering the chance to contribute to the division’s strategic growth in Ireland.


What You’ll Be Doing


  • Leading projects from concept to completion, ensuring full contractual, safety, statutory and quality compliance.
  • Acting as the primary interface between the company and the client, maintaining a strong focus on satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Managing communication and information flow across internal teams, client organisations and external stakeholders.
  • Organising regular project review meetings to assess progress, troubleshoot issues and drive corrective actions.
  • Monitoring and reporting hours, spend, progress and performance - internally and to the client.
  • Overseeing contract change control and ensuring approvals are in place before additional time or cost is incurred.
  • Supporting business development efforts, contributing to proposals, presentations and the wider growth of the Biopharma & Life Sciences offering in Ireland.


What You Bring


  • Degree in engineering, construction or related discipline.
  • 10+ years’ experience in Project Management.
  • Background in MEP design, CSA, E&I or Process engineering.
  • Professional qualification in a relevant field - PMP a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects within similar sectors.
  • 3D/BIM proficiency.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
