About the role

The Data Analyst role is responsible for furthering our data collections and analysis practice in support of the Datacenter Physical Security Operations program, which is a complex, multi $100M global client account providing physical security to datacenters around the globe. This role requires experience in data analytics, data analysis, requirements gathering, data sourcing, and data visualization (including Power BI, Excel, etc.). An ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Power BI to create and manage business insight and analytics solutions that turn data into actionable insights. This role will also be to manage reporting projects and initiatives, communicating findings with various stakeholders -both internal and client-facing-including executive audiences. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that inform business decisions. The successful candidate will be an intellectually curious, self-directed individual with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. This role is collaborative in providing support for internal and client teams. The Data Analyst will report to the Business Analytics Manager.


What you’ll do

This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI and Excel, to support the Datacenter Physical Security program. It involves aggregating and analyzing data from multiple sources, applying statistical methods to identify trends, and providing actionable insights to support decision making. The role also focuses on automating and streamlining reporting processes, maintaining strong cross-functional and customer-oriented communication, and delivering ad hoc reports and analysis as directed by the Business Analytics Manager to drive continuous improvement and program success. The position collaborates with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into functional, scalable, and visually compelling dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.


What you need to apply

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, with at least 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and Power BI development. A commitment to accuracy, collaboration, and professionalism is key, alongside the ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and handle multiple priorities effectively. They possess strong technical expertise in Microsoft Power BI, data modeling, warehousing, and visualization, along with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Azure Data Services. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to interpret complex data, provide actionable insights, and present findings clearly to diverse audiences. The candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail, adaptability, and organizational skills, thriving in fast-paced and dynamic environments. A commitment to accuracy, collaboration, and professionalism is key, alongside the ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and handle multiple priorities effectively. Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric is highly desirable.
