As a Senior Data Engineer on the Enterprise Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in building, maintaining, and evolving a scalable data platform that supports critical business insights. You will design and deploy reliable data pipelines, collaborate across teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics processes. Accountabilities
- Design, implement, and maintain reliable and scalable data pipelines that support diverse analytics needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Maintain and improve the data platform, ensuring performance, reliability, and security using best DevOps practices
- Proactively propose and implement improvements to analytics infrastructure, exploring innovative tools and approaches
- Write clear technical documentation and communicate complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Mentor and support team members, sharing knowledge and promoting professional growth
- 5+ years of experience in backend or data engineering roles, with strong expertise in Python and SQL
- Solid experience with data orchestration tools such as Dagster or Airflow
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable and reliable data pipelines and systems
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, ECS Fargate, RDS/Postgres) and containerization
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
- Deep understanding of data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Clickhouse)
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of proposing suitable technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills in English for collaboration across distributed teams
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Experience with AI-driven automation, production deployments, and building real products is a plus
