The role will be based in Europe either at Leiden, Netherlands, Lyngby, Denmark or Milan, Italy. Other IFF locations can be considered globally.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

The purpose of the Associate Global Product Manager is to support the optimization and implementation of key aspects of the product lines on a global scale within the area of brewing and beverages. This role involves close collaboration with the operations team, Regional Industry Leaders, regulatory, and the Global Product Managers to ensure seamless integration and execution. As an integral member of the Business team, the Associate Global Product Manager champions good leadership behavior and embodies IFF Values in all interactions and work activities, contributing to the overall success and growth of the business.

The Associate Global Product Manager is a vital member of the Food & Beverage Biosciences team, reporting directly to the Vice President Food and Beverage Biosciences with functional guidance from the Global Product Line Managers

• Lead cross-functional teams on new product initiation, implementation and changes, within IFF systems, to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain product documentation to reflect changing regulatory approvals (QA letter, label/PD with QA/Reg, follow up SAP code setup, certifications).
• Own information platforms, data sources and manage data quality for portfolio.
• Lead sampling process improvements.
• Execute analysis on SKU rationalization and execute rationalization according to what is agreed with the Global Strategic Product Managers.
• Monitor the margin development of the portfolio and work with Global Strategic Product Managers and the Supply Chain Organization, to execute product margin optimization plans
  
  

What Makes You The Right Fit

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, supply chain, business administration, international business or related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years product / project management experience in a matrix organization, with a strong technical and/or commercial focus.
• Excellent English communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Computer literacy – Excel, Word & PowerPoint. Acquainted with SAP, Sharepoint, ShowPad, SalesForce, Tableau, Power BI etc. would ease the on-boarding process.
