The Role
You will own full lifecycle delivery for renewable energy projects across Italy, coordinating engineering, construction, procurement and site activities to ensure safe, timely and on budget execution. This role sits in a growing Italian team with direct exposure to senior stakeholders and major strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead projects from early stage through commissioning and handover
• Conduct site surveys, supply chain assessments and cost reviews
• Coordinate closely with engineering for design validation
• Support preparation of project budgets and commercial plans
• Build detailed programmes of work and track progress
• Prepare contracts for suppliers, OEMs and subcontractors
• Monitor on site execution to ensure QHSE compliance
• Handover projects to internal O&M teams
Candidate Profile
• Degree in electrical, mechanical or civil engineering
• EPC experience in renewable energy
• Strong project controls, budgeting and contractor management capabilities
• PMP or MBA beneficial
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent Italian and English
