We offer 1600-1850 gross salary and variable Semi-annual bonus to the maximum of 150% (up to 2400 – 2775 Eur gross per half year). Role And Responsibilities

[IT Support]

• Take part in hardware (PC, Printer, and office equipment) purchase, installation and maintenance
• Internal system user support
• Software installation (Windows OS)
• LV, LT, EE office hardware support and maintenance
• Working with Cisco network devices, call manager and IP Phone administration
• Video conference device and solution support and maintenance
• User training of internal systems
• SAP system support as SAP administrator (escalating issue to main SAP Helpdesk)
• Systems Administration (Master data management)
  
  
  

[Data Analysis]

• Internal process analysis to improve business performance (End-to-end Operations process analysis including Retail, e-commerce and Logistics)
• Regular report generation related to internal key business (B2B, e-commerce, etc.)
  
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

Requirements:

• Experience in servicing printers, scanners and other office equipment
• Understanding of network infrastructure
• Experience in working with Windows, Linux servers
• Understanding of XML schema definition
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Pivot or any BI tool is preferred, but not mandatory
• Experience with AI and e-commerce UX/UI is a strong advantage, but not mandatory
• Logical thinking & Problem-solving skills
• Fluent English
