We’re Hiring: Product Development Manager (Business Central/LS central)

We’re looking for a Product Development Manager who will drive product strategy, lead development initiatives, and deliver innovative solutions for our clients. This role combines strategic planning, market analysis, and collaboration with partners to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and create value.

StrongPoint develops, integrates and sells technology and software solutions for retail and provides maintenance and support services. The company has 13 offices and unites 450 employees in Scandinavia, the Baltics, other parts of Europe and additional destinations around the world. Approximately five million retail customers use StrongPoint retail technology every day.
The Team/Product:
You will be an integral member of a passionate and collaborative cross-functional team, dedicated to working with cutting-edge products like ERP and POS systems. The team comprises over 55 professionals, including Product Managers, System Analysts, and Developers. ERP team works with products such as systems: MS Dynamics NAV/Business Central and LS NAV/LS Central.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement StrongPoint’s product strategy across Business Central, LS Central, and StrongPoint solutions.
- Define pricing models, create development roadmaps, set priorities, and allocate resources effectively.
- Design and improve processes for cloud-based solution updates, including version control, release management, and product owner role definition.
- Develop and maintain structured workflows for sales and post-sales service to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing client support.
- Lead product owners and oversee development and maintenance activities using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Analyze results, formulate hypotheses, and recommend product improvements based on customer needs.
- Support sales processes, prepare license proposals, and deliver product demos.
- Communicate new features and functionalities to clients and internal teams.
- Conduct market analysis, monitor trends, and adapt innovations for StrongPoint clients.
- Seek and integrate partner solutions that enhance our offering and create added value.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to present and implement new capabilities and products.
- Participate in events, webinars, and training sessions organized by LS Retail, Microsoft, and other partners.
- Act as a product development consultant in projects to ensure strategic alignment and innovation.
- Drive adoption of new functionalities and organize training sessions for employees and related departments.
What We’re Looking For
- Knowledge of Microsoft licensing and ability to apply it in practice.
- Ability to stay up to date with Microsoft updates and implement relevant changes within the team.
- Understanding of ERP cloud solutions (an advantage).
- Experience in pre-sales and upsell processes (an advantage).
- Excellent communication skills with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Experience working with ERP solutions (BC, LS Central) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to plan strategy and set priorities.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English and Lithuanian.

- Gross salary for this position 3500 - 5700 Eur. Salary offer for the candidate depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate.
