Your Future Missions
Join Ailancy Luxembourg as an intern and dive into the transformations reshaping the financial industry.
Working alongside passionate and experienced consultants, you will play an active role in the firm's growth while tackling our clients' most strategic challenges: sustainable finance, open banking, blockchain, artificial intelligence, FinTech/InsurTech, and the digital transformation of customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to high-impact client engagements : You will support the design and delivery of value-driven solutions: analysis, workshops, recommendations, and operational follow-up. You will be fully integrated into project teams from day one.
Support the firm's business development : Help craft compelling client proposals through needs analysis, sharp value propositions, and polished presentation design.
Drive innovation and thought leadership : Produce market insights and thought leadership notes on key industry trends to anticipate client needs and strengthen Ailancy's expertise in Luxembourg.

Expansion Strategy & New Service Development :
Supported the launch of new discretionary portfolio management services, from strategic design through to operational rollout. Designed next-generation retirement savings solutions and defined new third-party collateral management services to expand our clients' business models.
Digital & Operational Transformation :
Automated and digitalized end-to-end banking product management processes, boosting efficiency and reducing operational risk.

Your Profile
You are enrolled in a top business school, engineering school, IEP, or university, and you have a first understanding of the key challenges in the financial sector.
You want to grow within a small, fast-growing organization that offers rapid career advancement opportunities.
You are rigorous and highly organized.
You have strong writing skills in both French and English.
You possess excellent interpersonal skills and can adapt to any situation.
You are eager to contribute to the life of the Business Teams: client proposals, pitches, market monitoring, and participation in industry events.
