Its platforms support essential middle- and back-office functions, including NAV processing, portfolio administration, and end-to-end investor servicing, and are used by leading financial institutions across Europe, APAC, and Latin America. The Role:


As a Junior PMO, you will play a key role in supporting technology and business project delivery within a fast-paced financial software environment. Working closely with project managers, technical teams, and leadership, you will contribute to planning, coordination, and monitoring of project activities to ensure timely and quality outcomes.


An administratively-focused position centered on project governance - essentially someone who will handle documentation, maintain compliance with PMO standards, update trackers and dashboards, coordinate meetings, and ensure projects follow established processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
  • Coordinate meetings, draft agendas, record actions, and follow up on deliverables.
  • Support risk, issue, and change management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with project governance and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Collaborate with development, QA, operations, and external partners.
  • Assist with resource allocation and budget tracking.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 6 months up to 2.5 years of experience in a project coordination or support role.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
  • Knowledge of NetSuite, MS Project, or JIRA is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (C1 level); French language skills are an advantage.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and a collaborative team player.
  • Experience in the financial services or software industry is considered a plus.
