As a Scrum Master a.i. , you will responsible for the full end-to-end delivery cycle, including sprint planning, development coordination, releases, and agile maturity improvements. You will report directly to the Delivery Manager and collaborate closely with two Product Owners.
Job Description
- Lead all Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement, retrospectives, reviews, etc.
- Ensure full delivery ownership of the stream, from development through planning to release.
- Manage and prioritise the backlog in close cooperation with the Product Owners.
- Work with external developers and external test engineers to ensure quality and alignment.
- Maintain structure and transparency in delivery across an international stakeholder landscape.
- Drive agile maturity improvements in collaboration with two external agile consultants.
- Define and track improvement metrics to measure efficiency and team performance.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement, ownership, and value delivery.
- Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders and the delivery team.
A Successful Scrum Master A.i. Should Have
- Mid-Senior level experience as a Scrum Master in a complex environment.
- Experience working in organisations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and/or F&O is a strong plus, not necessary.
- Skilled in backlog management and stakeholder alignment.
- Able to balance when to push, when to step back, and how to maintain team accountability.
- Comfortable working with demanding or difficult-to-track stakeholders.
- Strong communication and coaching skills.
- Ability to extract real value from the Scrum role and foster team empowerment.
- Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.
