Dellent is a consulting company focused in System Information and Telecommunications. Our goal is to help our candidates and consultants to take a step forward in their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations. This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business. We are looking for a Scrum Master to work in project in Porto (Hybrid) or Lisbon (Hybrid). What are we looking for? - Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar advanced certification preferred. - Experience: Proven track record as a Scrum Master, with real-world experience in leading agile teams. - Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French. - Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts effectively across varied cultural and professional backgrounds. - Agile Tools: Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms that support agile project management. Additionally, the following qualifications and abilities would be highly advantageous: - Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, French and Portuguese (level C1). - Experience: Background in the financial services industry, especially with SEPA payments.
