Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Frontend Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly web applications.
If you are passionate about building a user-friendly environment and want a job that gives you autonomy and space to be creative and grow your abilities and scope of activity, then this is the job for you. We also understand that work should take place around life, and therefore offer a flexible hybrid environment. We look forward to having a colleague who has strong knowledge of React.js and Next.js and aspires to combine usability and visual design.
Finally, you should be able to bridge the needs of multiple stakeholders and create an attractive application providing a great user experience.

Katty Fashion is an innovative Romanian SME founded in 2003 with over 2 decades of experience in bespoke collaborative design, prototyping, and manufacturing for all categories of womenswear.
Starting in 2019 we have started our transition to a more innovative and sustainable business model, based on a bottoms-up approach and focused on zero waste, smart manufacturing technologies, and approaches that culminate with the Fashion Factory of the Future.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Has at least 3 years of expertise in React.js in crafting dynamic and responsive UI components, with a proven track record of architecting and maintaining complex applications.
- Has expertise in Typescript, server-side rendering, static site generation and Next.js optimization for performance and SEO.
- Has a strong understanding of UI/UX design principles with the ability to transform mockups into functional, user-friendly interfaces.
- Is proficient in CSS, SASS, and styled components.
- Is familiar with frameworks like Tailwind CSS.
- Has experience with ShadCN, RadixUI, TanStackQuery, and RESTful API.
- Experience in state management with Zustand
- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest and Cypress
- Experience with Storybook
- You are proactive, like to solve problems creatively, and can work both independently and as part of a team.
- You love learning new abilities and are flexible.
- You can think critically and enjoy a good challenge.

- Competitive salary based on experience between 1500 and 2500 Euro Bruto
