Our product suite supports everything from live fleet intelligence to large-scale automation — and we’re expanding our engineering team with a versatile Full-Stack Web Developer who can take ownership of our public-facing websites, marketing properties, and select internal UI components.

This role blends hands-on Webflow/WordPress expertise with modern front-end engineering and accessibility-first thinking. You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to build fast, compliant, and reliable web experiences that support our technology ecosystem.

What You Will Do

Webflow & WordPress Ownership

• Build and maintain Webflow and WordPress sites with a strong focus on WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility.
• Implement semantic HTML, ARIA attributes, accessible navigation, proper contrast, alt text, and fully keyboard-friendly interfaces.
• Manage WordPress plugins, custom PHP functions, themes, and CMS structures.
• Configure Webflow CMS, custom embeds, and scalable content models.

Front-End Engineering

• Build responsive, accessible UI components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React knowledge is a plus).
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect pages that perform well and meet accessibility standards.
• Run accessibility tests using WAVE, Axe, Lighthouse, and manual validation.

Backend & Integrations

• Support forms, APIs, and integrations with platforms like HubSpot, Stripe, Zapier, and others.
• Maintain secure connections with internal Roslin backend services (REST/gRPC).
• Perform basic server-side scripting using Node.js, PHP, SQL.

Maintenance & Optimization

• Monitor uptime, SEO, accessibility scores, performance metrics, and overall site health.
• Manage secure deployments, plugin audits, versioning, and backups.
• Optimize performance and improve Core Web Vitals across all properties.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with Product on customer-facing portals and internal tools.
• Support Marketing with landing pages, analytics, and CRM tracking.
• Participate in sprints, grooming, and technical planning discussions.

What We’re Looking For

Required

• 3–6+ years of experience in web development.
• Strong hands-on background with Webflow and WordPress builds.
• Excellent HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills with an accessibility-first mindset.
• Solid understanding of WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.
• Experience with PHP, MySQL, custom WP development.
• Familiarity with API integrations, Git workflows, and CI/CD.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, responsive design, and performance best practices.

Preferred

• Experience with React or Next.js.
• Exposure to healthcare, government, or regulated environments.
• Experience with automated accessibility or UI testing.
• Understanding of cloud hosting (Cloudflare, Vercel, AWS, GCP).

• Strong collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
