You will work with the engineering team to define the product vision and strategy for the team, guiding the development of capabilities that underpins Spotify’s ability to manage and mitigate risks in real time.
What You’ll Do
- Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the teams products that ensure the integrity of client's apps and services.
- Partner closely with engineering leads to design secure, privacy-conscious signal systems that detect and mitigate unwanted usage patterns.
- Collaborate with User Fraud and other partner organizations to align on detection, evaluation, and mitigation capabilities that support company-wide integrity goals.
- Prioritize technical investments that enable scalable, reliable, and real-time integrity enforcement.
- Translate complex technical mechanisms into clear product outcomes that support client's growth and maintain trust among legitimate users.
- Build alignment across multiple missions and stakeholder groups, ensuring the capabilities integrate seamlessly into client’s IAM and fraud systems.
- Set measurable goals, define success metrics, and use data-driven insights to refine product decisions.
- You have 3+ years of product management experience, specifically working on platform security, fraud detection, or large-scale infrastructure products.
- You have experience building and scaling backend or data infrastructure and can collaborate effectively with engineering teams working on signal collection, data pipelines, or attestation systems.
- You’re comfortable managing cross-organizational dependencies, driving alignment between platform and detection teams.
- You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and are familiar with using data to inform strategic decisions.
- You’re an excellent communicator, capable of articulating complex technical and strategic concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- You thrive in an environment of ambiguity, where you can define structure and direction for a new strategic capability.
- You value collaboration, integrity, and building products that contribute meaningfully to client’s trusted and secure ecosystem.
