Role Summary

The Program Manager will lead a high-impact, enterprise-wide initiative to enforce and validate Immutable Backup capabilities and enhance Disaster Recovery (DR) readiness across all application portfolios. This role ensures end-to-end governance, technical validation, and compliance with ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 standards. The Program Manager will drive implementation, guide cross-functional teams, and deliver auditable evidence demonstrating the organization’s resilience and data security posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project scope, timeline, and budgets.
• Oversee implementation of immutable backup solutions across applications.
• Coordinate resources, dependencies, and overall program governance.
• Lead the enterprise-wide rollout of backup and DR protocols.
• Drive change management and promote program adoption across teams.
• Run Town Halls, Workshops, and Drop-in sessions to support stakeholders.
• Provide consolidated program updates to leadership and forums.
• Resolve technical and procedural queries promptly.
• Validate Backup & Restore tests ensuring RTO/RPO compliance.
• Oversee Disaster Recovery (DR) testing and verify system resilience.
• Ensure solutions meet data availability, security, and recovery standards.
• Ensure alignment with ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 standards.
• Maintain complete, auditable evidence for compliance.
• Identify risks, non-compliance issues, and escalate as required.

Essential Skills

• Strong experience managing enterprise-scale, multi-stakeholder programs.
• Ability to influence, guide, and drive communication across senior and technical teams.
• Understanding of backup strategies, DR frameworks, RTO/RPO concepts, and operational resilience practices.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 standards, audit readiness, and evidence management.
