Data Engineer

Requirements:

• Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server BI stack (T-SQL, SSIS)
• Understanding of various data structures (data warehouses, tabular models)
• Development of Power BI semantic models
• Designing and developing front-ends using SQL Server Reporting Services and Power BI
• ETL development: strong skills in designing and building high-performance ETL packages in SSIS or Azure Data Factory
• Programming languages: T-SQL, DAX
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong analytical skills
• Solid task-management abilities
• Problem-solving mindset
• Proactive working attitude

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Spark or Python
• Experience with versioning patterns in Team Foundation Server
• Curiosity for new technologies and openness to change
• Experience working in AGILE project methodology
