We are seeking an HR Executive with IT Industry experience to oversee core HR operations, including payroll, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance.

Description

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall business strategy.
• Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.
• Manage employee relations, addressing grievances
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management practices.
• Design and monitor training and development programs for employees.
• Working with department heads to assess staffing needs and workforce planning.
• Monitor and manage employee performance evaluations and appraisals.
• Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR administrative tasks efficiently.

Profile

A successful HR Executive should have:

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in HR functions such as recruitment, training, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software and tools.
