Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned IT Agile Project Manager with deep expertise in managing the full software development lifecycle and delivering comprehensive reporting insights. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Jira, Confluence, and BI reporting tools, using them to enhance transparency, track performance, and support data-driven decision-making. This role demands strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to translate complex datasets into meaningful insights for both technical teams and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee end-to-end Agile software development initiatives using Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid frameworks.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across product management, engineering, QA, and UX.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure project scope, timelines, and business goals remain aligned while actively managing risks and dependencies.
Design, maintain, and optimize Jira dashboards and workflows to reflect sprint progress, velocity, story points, and backlog health.
Create and manage advanced Jira reports for sprint performance, release planning, capacity planning, cycle time, and throughput.
Build and present executive-level BI reports (Power BI, Tableau, Jira Advanced Roadmaps, EazyBI) highlighting KPIs, trends, project health, and predictive analytics.
Integrate reporting solutions across Jira, Confluence, and external BI platforms to ensure comprehensive project visibility.
Define and implement reporting standards and best practices for performance metrics, quality indicators, and delivery insights across Agile teams.
Monitor and communicate project performance, team utilization, blockers, and risks proactively.
Drive continuous improvement in Agile practices, reporting accuracy, and overall delivery efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in IT Project Management with strong focus on Agile delivery.
Expert-level proficiency in Jira, including custom workflows, filters, automation, dashboards, and reporting plugins (Jira Advanced Roadmaps, EazyBI, BigPicture).
Hands-on experience developing and managing reporting frameworks using BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or comparable platforms.
Strong understanding of key Agile metrics: velocity, sprint burndown, cumulative flow, lead/cycle time, defect leakage, and story point trends.
Proven track record of managing multiple distributed Agile teams in dynamic SaaS environments.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to present complex project data through clear, concise visualizations tailored for various stakeholders (executives, product, engineering).

Preferred Certifications

PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent.
