Operating under Açık Holding, Serban İnşaat provides turnkey services in the construction industry, mainly in Data Center projects and critical facilities. Additionally, Serban is responsible of EPC projects as a technology integrator technological buildings, factories, cyber technology and security buildings, also hotel, shopping mall, and residential projects.


We are seeking a Project Manager to be based in İzmir, Ankara and İstanbul meeting the qualifications listed below:


General Qualifications

  • The candidate must complete undergraduate programs either in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electrical-Electronics Engineering,
  • M.Sc. degree is preferred.
  • Managed industrial facility construction projects (data centers, hospitals, airports, heavy industrial plants, refineries, petrochemical facilities, large-scale shopping malls, etc.) or served as a Project Manager in large-scale industrial or mixed-use construction projects.
  • Participated in at least one large-scale project from start to finish,
  • Proficient in construction management, execution, and coordination processes,
  • Experienced in managing electrical and mechanical systems and teams, as well as architectural works and detailed solutions,
  • Demonstrated managerial experience in coordinating all project disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural Works, Procurement, Administrative Affairs etc.),
  • Knowledge and highly experienced in Safety, Environmental Issues, and Quality Management,
  • Knowledge on Technical Office subjects such as Scheduling, Contract Management, Claims, Payment Certificates, Reporting
  • Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD; preferably experienced with Revit, Primavera, MS Project or similar software,
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking),
  • Residing or willing to relocate to Ankara, İzmir or İstanbul,
  • Holds a valid driver's license and actively drives,
  • Able to travel without restrictions.


Job Description

Candidates must have at least 15 years of experience in the following areas:

  • Acting as the project leader, effectively managing all on-site activities from project inception to completion,
  • Coordination with the Head Office,
  • Representing the company in dealings with official institutions,
  • Preparing work schedules for the projects,
  • Planning equipment and resources,
  • Preparing cost estimations, quantity surveys, administrative, and technical specifications for tendered works, and supporting the tender process,
  • Monitoring and analyzing the plan, budget, and deviations of the projects,
  • Ensuring coordination among all manufacturing units and disciplines (construction, mechanical, electrical, procurement, administrative affairs, etc.),
  • Managing all architectural &structural works, electrical, mechanical, and infrastructure productions to ensure they adhere to the work schedule, contract/specifications, and safety regulations,
  • Coordinating and directing subcontractors,
  • Ensuring subcontractors' productions comply with contracts, approved implementation projects, and relevant legal regulations,
  • Managing subcontractors on-site, ensuring progress aligns with the master work schedule, tracking targets, payment approvals, and periodic reporting, as well as identifying deviations and intervening in the process,
  • Establishment of necessary follow-up system(s) in case of need,
  • Reviewing all production materials to ensure compliance with specifications and completing the necessary procedures and approval processes,
  • Ensuring the preparation of interim and final progress payment certificates and accounts for completed construction works within the framework of relevant regulations and contracts,
  • Managing provisional and final acceptance procedures for completed construction work and submitting them to the relevant unit.
