Project Management Officer

We are currently looking for a PMO for one of our banking clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage stakeholder expectations, fostering open and honest communication; resolve stakeholder conflict and represents the interests of other stakeholders
• Creation of programme and project communications plan and status reports
• Develop plans and resourcing to deliver the agreed scope of work
• Managing program and project budgets
• Maintaining project knowledge repository
• Analyzing data and defining KPIs
• Reviewing data quality in project management reporting tool
• Managing and monitoring of delivery governance arrangements adhering to Change Framework

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Experience of implementing and maintaining governance, risk and issue mechanism across projects
• Ability to track programme and project metrics and ensure accurate reporting of costs, effort, schedule, risk/issues, scope and benefits data
• Working knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience in business change programs
• Knowledge of banking or financial services industry
• Self-driven with ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Office and Project Management tools
• Project management certifications are an advantage
