Job Description:

1.Educational Background: A doctoral degree in Petroleum Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Testing Technology, Instruments, or Non-destructive Testing Technology.

2.Academic Achievements: Published high-level academic papers in well-known domestic and international journals or authored monographs, particularly with research achievements in the field of oil and natural gas.

3.Professional Competence: Served as a director or auditor in special inspection institutions or international inspection and testing organizations; possess a profound theoretical foundation in the profession, be familiar with the latest technologies and methodologies, and have a good understanding of relevant international and domestic laws, regulations, and technical standards; be proficient in the operation and maintenance of various testing instruments, with the ability to solve complex technical problems; be capable of proposing innovative solutions in both theoretical research and practical applicationsto drive technological advancement.

4.Research Capability:Demonstrate strong research capabilities, including the ability towrite technical reports, publish academic papers, and participate in or lead the application and implementation of research projects.

5.Communication and Management Skills:Exhibit good teamwork spirit and be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, other departments, and external institutions; possibly have certain project management, personnel training, and technical guidance abilities.

6.Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, continuously learn new testing technologies and methods, and participate in professional trainings and conferences to keep professional knowledge at the forefront.

7.Language Proficiency: Have good reading and writing skills in both Chinese and English to facilitate reading international literature and participating in international cooperation and exchanges.
